The second Payment Directive of the European Union 2015/2366, PSD2 entered into force on January 13, 2016 and contains the basic principles of interaction of participants in the payment services market, as well as key consumer rights. The Fin Flow international payment system (Fin Flow Core) has been tested for software consistency with the requirements of the EU Revised Directive on Payment Services, PSD2.
